Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns of items that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Opened makeup products
  • Used products
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Upon review, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Allergic Reactions & Product Results

Because skincare and cosmetic products may affect individuals differently, we cannot guarantee specific results and do not offer refunds for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Skin sensitivities
  • Personal dissatisfaction after use
  • Products that have been opened or used

Customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists and perform patch testing before use.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
